1. What is Sendvilla?

Sendvilla is an automated lead scraping solution that utilizes Google API which allows you to search for new leads and gather business listings by simply typing in a keyword and selecting a location or region.

2. What is Sendvilla Pro?

Sendvilla Pro is the latest version of Sendvilla that operates on a credit-based system where you only pay for the leads you get. Therefore, you only need to spend your desired number of credits to get your desired number of leads.

For example, if you only need 50 leads. Simply input 50 credits when you start a new Leads campaign. Sendvilla Pro will generate a maximum of 50 leads for you. In the event that fewer leads are found, we will only deduct the corresponding number of credits. For example, if only 35 leads are found, we will only deduct 35 credits and not the full 50 credits.

3. What is the difference between Sendvilla Basic and Sendvilla Pro?

Sendvilla Basic and Sendvilla Pro may both scrape leads at any time. The main difference is that Sendvilla Basic is an older version of the program that requires configuration using the Google API, but Sendvilla Pro is a newer version that was updated in October and is much more straightforward and uses a credit-based approach when scraping leads eliminating the complicated Google API setup.

4. Why is this update important?

We've compiled issues that our existing Sendvilla users have encountered and reported when operating the tool. One of the challenges of using our tool is to set up a Google API account. In Sendvilla Pro, we have completely cut off the whole process and will deal with Google directly, so you don’t have to.

5. I have a Sendvilla Pro monthly plan. What if I can’t finish all my credits?

If you are unable to use all of your credits in the same month as your purchase date, your credits will be brought over to the following months until the set expiration date.

6. I need more credits than those offered in the given plans. What should I do?

If you are interested in more credits than the subscription plans offered, please contact support at info@sendvilla.com

7. How long will my credits last?

Please note that Sendvilla credits will expire three (3) months from the date of purchase

8. Where can I buy more credits?

You can buy more credits in the additional credit store located on the top right corner of every page in your dashboard.

9. I am an existing user! What’s going to happen to my Sendvilla LTD account?

Nothing at all! We completely understand that you guys have taken the painstaking step of setting up your own Google API account. This is why existing users will be migrated into Sendvilla Basic with its own respective server. Basically, nothing changes!

10. I am an existing user! How do I transfer my account to Sendvilla Pro?

To transfer your existing Sendvilla Basic account to the newest Sendvilla Pro version please contact support at info@sendvilla.com.

11. How can I cancel my account?

You can cancel anytime with any reason.
Please note: only the account admin can unsubscribe from Sendvilla.

To cancel your subscription you can:

1. Cancel the account payment and wait for your last purchase to expire

2. To instantly close you account with any subscription package you have please contact support at info@sendvilla.com

12. How to optimize your lead results?

Less is more as they say, and it’s also true for Sendvilla. We recommend using short-tail keywords or one-word keywords for better scraping results so that our bots can get more specific leads in the location you've chosen.

Using the same keyword can result in duplicate leads. In the event you have used an identical keyword from a previous search there will be a chance that you will get the same leads. However, if you’ve received the same lead results, your credits will not be deducted.

Give our lead scraping bots some time, for the best results give our magic lead generating bots some 20-30 mins or even more to complete the lead scraping process.

13. I do not have a SMTP provider, what should I do ?

You are required to set up your SMTP before you can send out emails at Sendvilla. To get an SMTP server, we recommend you to sign up for SMTP2GO for one.

14. Is Sendvilla a tool for me to keep sending email to my clients ?

Sendvilla is the perfect email tool for reaching out to new leads. It is not a traditional email marketing platform. We recommend using SendVilla for reach-out email instead of an email tool to keep sending email.

15. Can Sendvilla control the number of emails being sent out?

The number of emails you can send is limited to the number based on your SMTP provider that you set up in Sendvilla.

16. How can I generate leads using Sendvilla?

Step 1: Click on “Get Started with step 1” to begin.

Step 2: To generate leads, click on the “Search for Leads” button on the left top corner below the Sendvilla logo or click “Leads”, then “Search for Leads”.

Step 3: Key in the keyword and location. (We recommend to use short tail keywords, the lesser the better)

Step 4: Enter the credits you want to use.

17. Why is my total leads zero?

If you have just generated your leads, do not worry if it appears to be “0”. The leads will be generated after 20-30 minutes.

18. How can I view my leads?

To view your leads, click on “Leads” at the side bar.

19. How do I add my existing leads onto Sendvilla?

The first strategy is to add in each lead manually, and the second method is to key in the list as outlined in our sample and upload it to Sendvilla.

Adding each lead manually:

Step 1: To begin, click on “Leads” at the side bar and click on to the “View” icon.

Step 2: To manually add your list, click on to “Add New”.

Step 3: Fill in the necessary information and click on to “Save”. Repeat the same steps to add in more leads.

Key in your leads list as outlined in our sample:

Step 2: Click on “Sample” to download our template.

Step 3: Click on “Sample” to download our template. Fill in the necessary fields and save your CSV file.

Step 4: Click on “Choose File” to upload your CSV file and click on “Import”.

20. How can I create an email on Sendvilla?

Step 1: To create an email, click on “Email Campaigns”, then “Create Campaign”

Step 2: Input your email details and click “Save Email”. To check how your email will look like to the recipients, click on "Preview".

21. Is it possible to add images into my email?

Yes, you can include images into your email. Do take note that to add images from your desktop, click on the “Gallery” icon that appears below “Email Subject”. On the other hand, to add images that are from a url, click onto the smaller “Gallery” icon that is beside the “Table Properties” icon. (Refer to image in Question 13.)

22. How do I send my email out ?

Step 1: To send your email, click on “Email List”, then “Add New List”.

Step 2: To send your email to leads on a certain list, click onto “Select Leads”. A dropdown bar will appear and you can choose from your list of leads.

Step 3: Next, select the dropdown bar from the “Email Campaign”. And select the one that you wish to send to the selected list of leads.

Step 4: Click “Save”.

Step 5: You will get to this page, click on “SEND EMAIL” to send the email.

23. Does Sendvilla have statistics about my email's performance?

You can track the response to any email campaign by checking its delivery, open and bounce rate.

Step 1: Head over to “Email List” on the side bar and click onto “EMAIL TRACKING”.

Step 2: Once you get to this page, you can check the delivery, open, and bounce rate.

24. Although I have a list of 45 leads, my email was only sent to a handful. Why does this happen?

Sometimes the leads that have been generated will not have an email address. Do take note that the email function will only work if you are able to scrape the email out.

25. Why is there no “Send Date” on certain emails?

If there is no send date, it means that it did not get sent out. The reason might be that you have used up the email credits that are offered by your SMTP provider.

26. Is there a place where I can keep a record of all my account information?

At the side bar, click onto “My Account”. You will be able to find your membership information, subscription plan and profile information.

27. How can I change my subscription plan?

Step 1: At the side bar, click on “My Account”.

Step 2: Click onto the “Subscription Plan” tab at the top.

Step 3: Select the Subscription Plan that you wish to subscribe to.

Step 4: Select your payment method.

28. How do I return to Sendvilla website if I am at my dashboard?

Click on any Sendvilla logo to return to Sendvilla’s website.

29. How do I return to my dashboard if I am at “My Account”?

Step 1: Click on any Sendvilla logo to return to your dashboard.

30. Is it possible to unsubscribe from Sendvilla’s email messages?

Step 1: Visit “My Account” at the side bar.

Step 2: Check the box that states “Unsubscribe from all e-mail messages”.
